GROW adheres to the concept of “harmonious coexistence with nature”. We save energy and reduce emissions by means of biodegradability and recycling. As the first restaurant in China to use mycelium materials, the gift pots and jam boxes provided for the guests are all planted by environmentally mycelium, and the menu also uses a new kind of material paper --- seed paper, when placed in soil at the right temperature and humidity, the seeds in the paper can germinate and grow into seedlings.
GROW hopes to run a small organic farm, scientifically composting kitchen waste, the dishes will be served with our own herbs and vegetables.
